Board Member

Jesus has more than 27 years of experience in Real Estate business and consulting. He started his career directing the Iberia region (Spain and Portugal) for industries related to the Oil industry. Later on, Jesus has been former CEO of different companies related to Real Estate, and acted as advisor for Spanish Banks in CEE regions. In addition, Jesus developed his own personal portfolio, acquiring several properties. His work entailed managing assets with a value of ca. 1 billion euros. Jesus is a family man who loves travelling and skiing in his spare time.

Marc Kloepfel

Board Member

He successfully established companies in supply chain optimization, real estate, trading, digitalization and outsourcing. With over 20 years of cross-industry experience in those fields, he is a sought business angel and interview partner. He is operating internationally, with a strong focus on Poland, Germany, CEE and Middle East. Marc loves travelling, good food and a perfect glass of wine.

Piotr Turchoński

Technical Department Manager

Piotr is a real estate development professional with over 25 years of experience. He has a wide portfolio of projects, such as the construction of Mennica Legacy Tower, Rondo 1, Europa Distribution Center, Hotel Kasprowy, LivinnX Kraków, Wilanów Classic and Koszykowa Residence. Piotr worked with world most influential architecture and urban planning firms including SOM, Goettsch Partners, Arquitectonica and RKW. Piotr is a family man and a fan of cross-country skiing and golf.

Marek Woźniak

Project Manager

Graduate of the Faculty of Architecture of the Warsaw University of Technology and the Technical School of Architecture and Construction in Warsaw, since 2006 he has had many building qualifications. During his many years of professional practice, he cooperated with: Hochtief Development, Celtic Property Development and Dom Development. Miasteczko Ursus, Rondo 1, Marina Mokotow 2, or Apartamenty Służewiec are some of his lastest projects. Marek loves travelling and never misses a good lunch.

Magdalena Stańczyk

Project Manager

A graduate of the field of construction and postgraduate studies Interdisciplinary BIM at the Faculty of Civil Engineering of the Warsaw University of Technology. He has experience both in working directly on the construction site, as well as in activities in the field of planning, verification or control of investment processes using BIM coordination tools. She gained experience in this field at the construction of the tallest building in the European Union – Varso Tower. Magda was also a Project Manager in logistics and warehouse projects, representing the Investor at all stages of the project. She loves dogs and gets along with them easily. She sails in the summer and skis in the winter.

Jacek Leder

Budget Manager

Graduate of the Faculty of Civil Engineering at the Warsaw University of Technology, Construction major. He earned his experience both on behalf of the general contractor as well as the developer. For most of his professional career he was working for Marvipol Development, where he was involved on such projects as Central Park Ursynów, Dom przyOkrzei, Kłopotowskiego 11 or Topiel 18. A family man, a lover of gaming, Arsenal and a barbecue.

Piotr Kucper

Project Manager

Piotr is a specialist in the construction and real estate industry with over 20 years of experience. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Civil Engineering at the Warsaw University of Technology and postgraduate studies, among others. in the field of real estate management and energy-efficient construction. He has experience working both as a general contractor and as an investor. He cooperated with, among others: Gleeds, Strabag, Celtic Property Development and Cushman&Wakefield. Free time tries to spend with the family, but also he is keen on traveling, science fiction cinema and Polish literature.

Joanna Kijenia

Project Architect

Graduate of the Faculty of Architecture at the Warsaw University of Technology with experience in Polish and foreign architectural studios where she served as lead and coordinating architect. She specialises in the design of service and hospitality spaces, including hotels, offices and flats, from volume to interiors and fit-outs. In Poland, she has worked on projects including: Marvipol’s Royal Tulip Hotel, Crown Plaza in Warsaw, Uniqua office spaces in Łódź, BTI Studios in Warsaw or the Neptune office building in Gdańsk International experience includes Projects in Saudi Arabia and West Africa Saudi Arabian Embassy, Khartoum, Sudan, Residence and office complex for the royal family, Saudi Arabia Privately passionate about sports, music (from jazz to electronic), concerts and arts and crafts.

Łukasz Wójcik

Lukasz has been chairman of the audit committee of a local administration and the Labour Court Jury. He loves spending spare time with his family and in summer speed on water.

Mariusz graduated with Master degree in the field of finance and accounting. He has over 14 years of experience in accounting and finance sector, mainly working for companies with the foreign capital. In 2014, he obtained an accounting license granted by the Minister of Finance. Systematic, meticulous and professional.

Majka Gietka

Majka graduate with aMaster’sdegree in the field of Finance and Accounting. During her studies, she enriched her knowledge with courses that allowed her to obtain accounting certificates. She gained her experience working mainly with companies in the real estate area. As an accountant, she is a punctual, organized and communicative person. Privately, she enjoys TV series, football and basketball. In her free time, she appreciates the time she spends with her loved ones.

Marek Marchlik

Debt Advisor

Marek is a finance specialist specializing in financing real estate companies. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Economics at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences and postgraduate studies "CFO" at Kozminski University. He gained his experience in one of the largest commercial banks in Poland, where he went from analyst to manager. It was there that he learned in detail the secrets of debt financing, including structured financing or CRE. After ending his career in a bank, in 2022 he set up a business, where he helps entrepreneurs raise capital as a consultant. He devotes his free time to his family, loves traveling, motorization and his beloved Masuria.

Mikołaj Młochowski

Mikołaj has over 15 years of extensive experience in the real estate industry, which he gained while working for consulting companies and leading developers. During his career, he also dealt with the sale of investment apartments in Malaysia and participated in the creation of investment packages for investors from around the world. Paweł has been an attorney since 2010. He is responsible for the legal side of Peninsula Property. Running his individual law practice in Warsaw, Paweł gained experience cooperating with numerous business entities on the manufacturing, construction, fuel and energy markets. He also has extensive experience in handling transactions related to real estate and corporate transformations of commercial companies. He is passionate about sailing and crime novels. In his free time he plays golf or goes skiing.

Kamil Kruszewski

Legal Advisor

Attorney-at-law since 2015, and in 2022 he obtained the title of LL.M. (Master of Law) He runs his own practice, where he deals with the real estate market on a daily basis, in particular transaction advisory and the construction process. He has many years of experience in constructing and conducting investment processes, where he advised both VC funds and private investors. If he manages to find one, he devotes his free time to cycling and spending time with his family.

Paulina Szymańska

An Event Manager by profession, a born organizer, nothing is impossible for her. Managing and solving problems is pure pleasure for her. Olof Karlsson

Olof has more than 30 years of professional experience in the hotel industry, ranging from top City Centre locations to Resort destinations. He worked in Scandinavia, Latvia, UK, and Ireland to name a few, and has been in Poland the last 13 years. He has a broad experience in new properties opening, rebranding / renovating hotels, CAPEX planning, Business Development, and portfolio growth. Before joining the team Olof had a Regional Directors position overseeing a portfolio of international multi branded hotels in 7 countries. He has also experience with Positioning properties for Mergers and Acquisitions and Operational efficiency.

Dariusz Zahorański

Culinary master. He started his professional career many years ago in an Austrian restaurant. He worked, among others for the Austrian Parliament, American Embassy, ​​La Boheme restaurant. From 2002, for almost 20 years, he was associated with the Rezidor Group hotels in Poland. His experience was eagerly used by new Radisson hotels opened in Poland and abroad. He was trained by Yves Mattagne, who is awarded by the French Culinary Academy and has two Michelin stars at the Sea Gril restaurant in Brussels. Expert of the QAFP pork quality program, supporting the promotion of Polish meat outside Poland, including in the USA, Vietnam and Korea. He represented Poland during culinary shows and competitions organized by the countries of both Americas in Mexico, Cuba and Ecuador – Aregalla. He was also one of the main coaches of the Polish youth team at the Culinary Olympics and the World Cup in Luxembourg. He coached the pomeranian regional team, Pomerania Team, for the Culinary Olympics in Erfurt in 2008, one of the most important and prestigious in Europe and in the world, winning a bronze medal. Juror of many culinary competitions. He works closely with OSSKiC being the president of this organization.
