Peninsula Property is committed to supporting environmental, social and governance aspects ("ESG") and aligns its efforts with the Sustainable Development Goals set by the United Nations.

Support for the Society of Friends of Children in preparing Christmas packages for the poorest children. Such packages include essential items, school supplies and sweets.

Support for a local children’s home, sponsoring and helping young athletes to realize their dreams.

The aparthotel project in Dźwirzyno – Kołobrzeg commune will provide residents of the town with approximately 150 full-time, well-paid jobs with accompanying internal training. This initiative will significantly impact the local economy and help fight poverty in small towns in Poland.

Support for the Foundation of Soldiers of the Country to facilitate access to healthcare for veterans through a dedicated medical clinic.

Selection of investment locations near the sea and protected nature areas to provide opportunities to live in places full of fresh air and with minimal pollution.

 

The company plans to introduce multi-family residential buildings with dedicated care and medical care for residents.

Supporting women in sports by sponsoring Olympian Agnieszka Zawojska-Kobus at the rowing competition in Henley, where together with Olena Buriak they drew attention to Russian aggression in Ukraine.

In the emerging aparthotel in Dźwirzyno – Kołobrzeg commune – the company plans to employ over 50% women, including in managerial positions.

The company specializes in the use of energy-saving solutions in its investments, which include solar panels, heat pumps, the use of rainwater for maintaining common areas and wind turbines.

 

The company’s goal is to achieve a minimum of 50% share of energy from renewable sources (“RES”), exceeding the current average levels in both the EU and Poland.
