We ensure that our apartments are equipped with high-quality furniture that simplifies daily life thanks to its simplicity, ease of use and innovation. Our highest quality mattresses and Italian system sofas provide an ideal combination of comfort and style. We also use 3D tiles and multi-plane cabinet fronts to reflect the linearity of wave traces and the evanescence of sand.

We hand over apartments in a turnkey condition. High-quality wood-look wall cladding and easy-to-maintain wallpapers. On the floor, high-quality vinyl planks with a wood texture. All that is complemented by kitchen fitted furniture and custom-made built-in wardrobes and thus already the next day they are at the Owner's disposal and are added to the pool of apartments rented by the operator.
